All you need to know about Chardham yatra 2021 in Uttarakhand
Amid Covid-19 Pandemic the Uttarakhand High court has imposed a daily limit on the number of pilgrims in 2021 Chardham Yatra
This year 1000 pilgrims are allowed daily in Badrinath
800 Pilgrims every day are allowed to go to Kedarnath
600 pilgrims are allowed everyday on Gangotri and 400 on Yamunotri
The Chardham Yatra was suspended due to Covid-19 pandemic.
The court has lifted the ban on Chardham yatra but only fully vaccinated people and people with a negative report are allowed to the pilgrimage
The daily limit has also imposed by the court and has ordered the government to implement strict covid-19 protocols during the Yatra
According to the SOP by the government of Uttarakhand the pilgrims will have to carry a document certifying administration of both doses of the anti-COVID vaccine at least 15 days back or a negative RT/PCR/TrueNat/CBNAAT/RAT COVID-19 test report not older than 72 hours.

The Uttarakhand High Court has also directed that no one will be allowed to take a bath in any of the springs around the temples.
The state Police force will be deployed as per requirement during the Char Dham Yatra in Chamoli, Rudraprayag and Uttarkashi districts.
