I have worked in so many companies and know that most of us love to have a good vacation with the family and friends but the only hindrance is the budget which stops us and deny our kids and family the vacation we are looking for.
You will agree with me that a a person living in a city like Delhi works under tremendous pressure in the office and definitely need a break after every quarter. He also like to spend some quality time with his spouse and kids and want to go on a holiday to a place where he can enjoy and rejuvenate himself. However the challenge is the budget.
I know many of my colleagues who are earning 50000 per month in Delhi but cannot afford to take their kids and family to a vacation. The reason being the expenses they incur in running their families. 12000-15000 is straightaway gone as a rent where he is living. about 10000 for fees of one kid studying in a private school. another 10000 for groceries and day to day expenses. Day 2 - Trekking to Triund (7 Km trek from Mcleodganj)
Leave early in morning at 6 AM after breakfast, enjoy the beautiful trek amidst lush green forests to the hill top at Triund. It takes about 2-3 hours to reach the top. Enjoy the cool breeze, serene landscapes of the Himalayan Dhauladhar ranges at Triund for the entire day. You will feel so close to the nature at this place.
Back to Hotel in the evening.
Day 3 - Morning Walk in dust free zones
A walk into the Deodar and Pine Jungles in early morning. Have breakfast and check out with great and unforgettable memories of the trip. If your departure time is in the evening then visit the Tea Gardens during day time, Visit nearby village, see the organic farms and experience the village life and culture.
