Triund Trekking via Dharamkot village– While in Mcleodganj Dharamshala there are lot of adventurous activities you can plan. One of them is trekking to Triund which is about 7 kms from Mcleodganj on top of the hill. The journey through the hills with a mesmerizing view of the Kangra Valley is a true delight.
On the way you can see the beautiful Deodar and Pine trees along with some distinct flora of this region. There is guest house at Triund and if you have plans to stay overnight then make sure that you book your room in advance at the Forest Office located in lower Dharamshala.
